In case the member decides to withdraw his allotment the amount deposited by him/her shall be refunded after deduction of 25% after 6 months. No interest whatsoever shall be payable in such refund.
If member fails to pay 3 installments, 2% surcharge will be payable by allottee and a warning letter for cancellation of plot will be issued. If member fails to pay 3 installments with in time stated in warning letter then their plot will be cancelled.
Amount deposited by the allottee will be refunded to him after deduction of management charges @ 25 % from the deposited amount, within one year from the date of cancellation of plot.

Member, if selling membership, first right is of Mehria Town Private Limited & member is also liable to pay and clear all outstanding dues accordingly. If by any reason deal between member & Mehria Town Private Limited is not matured then member can sale the membership in the open market accordingly.

In case of any dispute between members and management or any ambiguity in the terms and conditions, matter will be put up to a committee constituted with consent of parties, consisting of 3 members one from management, one from the member side and one Mufti of the Mehria Town's masjid, constituted for this purpose. Decision of the committee will be final & binding on parties and not challengeable in any court of law.
